Hello community, my name is Dr. Anna Nosetti and I am thrilled to be joining the Eastside Natural Medicine care team! I am a licensed Naturopathic Physician in WA state providing personalized integrative primary care services to the whole family with an emphasis on adult medicine. I am dedicated to the art and science of natural healing and believe in blending current research with age-old wisdom. My goal is to restore a healthy foundation by addressing and treating underlying causes of health complaints, to restore balance in the daily maintenance of wellbeing, to utilize the healing power of nature, and to treat the whole person using a holistic approach addressing immediate and long-term wellness goals. I utilize clinical botanical medicine, nutrition, supplementation and physical touch in my practice often, treating acute and chronic health issues including ailments of the mind, body, and spirit. I offer physical medicine services such as craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, foot reflexology, activator methods technique, and kinesiology taping as I strongly believe physical medicine helps us maintain our health and happiness. Overcoming an autoimmune disease, broken bones, chronic health complaints, multiple gut infections and acute ailments myself, I know first-hand how effective naturopathic medicine can be and enjoy spending more face-to-face time with my patients. I believe in educating, empowering and guiding ALL people in the journey to reclaim their health and optimal long term vitality, and will respect and value each of you in your uniqueness. I was always interested in the human body and followed the pre-med track receiving a Bachelor of Science in General Biology & Human Physiology from the University of Washington in 2012. I completed extensive medical training at Bastyr University earning a doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine in 2018. I have special interest in tongue, pulse and face analysis as they contribute to diagnosis, evaluation and treatment. My objective is to listen, bring you the best care possible, and be a trustworthy resource and advocate for your health. Outside of the office, I teach as adjunct professor at Bastyr University in the Naturopathic Medicine and Botanical Medicine departments. I firmly believe our herbal allies provide abundant medicine in our environment and am committed to teaching future physicians and clinical herbalists how to prepare botanical prescriptions that taste good and can be easily incorporated into daily rituals. In my free time I love to cook, travel, dance, and prepare herbal potions. I am also a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP), Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians (WANP), Naturopathic Academy of Primary Care Physicians (NAPCP) and American Herbalist Guild (AHG) which help me further my education as a physician.
